From idea to real lapel pins,there are eight production steps to make hard enamel double flag lapel pins.

1) Mould making: after artwork confirm,we will arrange mould making,with this mould,all lapel pins on mass production will have same details.


2) Pressing: first we prepare material into strips of suitable width,second,install mould on machine,third,put material into machine and stamping


3) Cutting: instal cutting mould with same outline of stamped piece,cutting piece down.


4) Welding: for butterfly clutch attachment,we welding thron needle on pin back.usually it is 8mm length.


5) Enameling: hand made work,filling enamel with correct pantone number.


6) Polishing: to make color and metal in same level and make metal surface in shiny and smooth finishing


7) Plating： there are many plating color for chose such as: gold,silver,copper,brass,antique,black nickle..


8) Assembling and packing: 100% quality inspection,below packing

Difference between soft enamel lapel pin and hard enamel lapel pin
